These terms govern use of Veya at watchveya.com, operated by Programmer Technologies Corporation. Review them with Veya’s Privacy Policy. Veya provides discovery, playback and related features using external platforms. Features and content availability depend on Veya and those platforms.
External platforms
Veya uses YouTube API Services. By using Veya, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab). Other platform features are subject to their applicable terms, including the Twitch Terms of Service (opens in a new tab).
Videos and comments remain content from their identified sources. Creators, authors and platforms retain their applicable rights. Content availability, ordering, counts and moderation can change. Veya’s own feedback controls do not submit a YouTube like or comment. Native Veya comments are not part of this feature.
Accounts and available features
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Connect external accounts only when authorized to do so. Provider credentials are entered with the provider, not supplied to Veya.
Optional Twitch chat can send messages when enabled and submitted by you. Public YouTube comments are read-only: Veya does not offer YouTube comment posting, replying, liking or moderation in this feature.
Use of Veya
Do not use Veya to threaten or harass others, infringe rights, compromise accounts, distribute malicious content, bypass access restrictions or disrupt the service. Veya may change or discontinue features or restrict misuse. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Privacy, changes and contact
Privacy requests follow the Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to inquiries@programmertechnologies.com. Policy updates are identified by effective date; a changed policy version asks for renewed acknowledgment on your next app entry.
